There’s breakfast, a restaurant, a coworking space, a gym, laundry and a pool, plus desks in rooms and a rooftop bar or terrace. Reception is not open 24 hours; parking and advertised fast Wi-Fi are not mentioned.

Confirmed: in-room desk, coworking space, good natural light, laundry and breakfast.

By its own account it has no 24-hour reception and family rooms.

Still unverified: air conditioning, late-night noise reported, fast wifi advertised and step-free access. We would rather say so than guess.
