The site lists fast Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, breakfast, parking, a gym, pool, restaurant and bar, plus in-room desks and air conditioning. It also lists accessible rooms, but does not say whether access is step-free or whether there is a lift.
Confirmed: in-room desk, fast wifi advertised, good natural light, air conditioning and weekly or monthly rates.
By its own account it has no bathtub.
Still unverified: late-night noise reported, step-free access, kitchenette and spa. We would rather say so than guess.
“Our Mayor is a university centre affiliated to the Complutense University that aims to give its residents much more than a place to live in Madrid.”
