These apartments have kitchenettes, air conditioning, laundry facilities, desks and advertised fast Wi-Fi; breakfast and parking are available, and pets are not allowed. Reception is open 24 hours, check-in starts at 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00; there is no lift, and rooms are not soundproofed.
Confirmed: in-room desk, fast wifi advertised, kitchenette, air conditioning and laundry.
By its own account it has no power at the desk, pets allowed, lift and soundproofed rooms.
Still unverified: late-night noise reported, step-free access, swimming pool and gym on site. We would rather say so than guess.
“Renovated with it's original historical character, apartment right in the centre of Madrid lively neighbourhood and within a short walk to Gran Via and Puerta del Sol, and the main attractions in Madrid.”
