Residencia Alvaro
Calle del Conde de Romanones, 8, Madrid
6.2
of 10
The website lists air conditioning, a kitchenette, a balcony or terrace, and good natural light, and advertises fast Wi-Fi. It does not give Wi-Fi speed details or mention breakfast, parking, or reception hours.
Confirmed: fast wifi advertised, kitchenette, good natural light, air conditioning and balcony or terrace.
By its own account it has no laundry.
Still unverified: late-night noise reported, breakfast, step-free access and swimming pool. We would rather say so than guess.
“In the centre of Madrid, 5 minutes from Plaza Mayor and 2 minutes from Tirso de Molina metro, our residence will be like your own home.”
