Breakfast, fast Wi-Fi, an in-room desk and laundry are listed, and pets are not allowed. The website does not mention parking or reception hours.

Confirmed: in-room desk, fast wifi advertised, kitchenette, weekly or monthly rates and laundry.

By its own account it has no pets allowed.

Still unverified: air conditioning, late-night noise reported, step-free access and swimming pool. We would rather say so than guess.

“We are a company that offers seasonal rooms to university students and young professionals under 35, in shared flats.”
