The 18-room hotel has a kitchenette, fast wifi, air conditioning, laundry, parking, breakfast, a restaurant, and 24-hour reception; check-in starts at 15:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Its website does not mention soundproofed rooms, a rooftop bar or terrace, an airport shuttle, or EV charging.
Confirmed: in-room desk, fast wifi advertised, kitchenette, good natural light and air conditioning.
By its own account it has no adults only.
Still unverified: late-night noise reported, soundproofed rooms, rooftop bar or terrace and airport shuttle. We would rather say so than guess.
“A hotel complex located on the main avenue of the prestigious Simón Verde development, in the outskirts of Mairena del Aljarafe and just 15 minutes from Seville.”
